Zero Chaos products are made to order.
Coffee is roasted in small batches throughout the week to preserve freshness. Merchandise is produced after purchase to maintain quality and consistency.
This is how we protect freshness, quality, and control from order to delivery.
What to expect
Coffee
- Processing: 3–5 business days
- Delivery after shipping: 1–5 business days
- Most coffee orders arrive within 5–10 business days
Merchandise
- Processing: 3–5 business days
- Delivery after shipping: 3–6 business days
- Most merchandise orders arrive within 6–11 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, holidays, weather, and high-volume periods can affect final delivery times.
Order Processing
Coffee
Coffee is roasted to order in small batches throughout the week.
It is not mass-produced or sitting in storage. In many cases, coffee is roasted, packed, and shipped within the same day it is processed, but standard processing time remains 3–5 business days.
Merchandise
Merchandise is produced after purchase.
Each item is printed, cured, inspected, and packed specifically for your order. Standard processing time is 3–5 business days.
Processing timing
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Processing times may run longer during holidays, promotions, launches, or other high-volume periods.
Shipping Time After Processing
Coffee
Once shipped, coffee orders typically arrive within 1–5 business days.
Merchandise
Once shipped, merchandise orders typically arrive within 3–6 business days.
Shipping times depend on destination, carrier routing, and local delivery conditions.
Shipping Methods
Orders ship using the method that best protects the product in transit.
Coffee
- 1 bag: USPS First Class
- 2–8 bags: USPS Priority Mail
- 9+ bags: UPS Ground
Merchandise
Merchandise ships through USPS or UPS based on product type, destination, and production partner.
Orders containing both coffee and merchandise may ship separately and arrive on different days.
Tracking
Tracking information is emailed once a shipping label is created.
At times, tracking may show pre-shipment while your order is being roasted, produced, packed, or waiting for carrier pickup. Tracking updates usually appear after the carrier scans the package.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking activity to update.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. Orders lost due to address errors are not eligible for refund.
If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at orders@zerochaoscoffee.com. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, contact orders@zerochaoscoffee.com and include:
- your order number
- your tracking number
- a brief description of the issue
We will review the shipment and help determine next steps.
Expedited Shipping
We do not offer expedited shipping.
Zero Chaos products are made to order. Coffee is roasted after the order is placed, and merchandise is produced after purchase. Expedited shipping creates unrealistic expectations for products that are intentionally made fresh, not pulled from warehouse inventory.

International Shipping
Zero Chaos currently ships within the United States only.
