How to Verify

Verification is simple and handled by email. No account required to start.

Step 1 — Send an email to: honor@zerochaoscoffee.com

Step 2 — Include your full name First and last name as you'd like it associated with your Zero Chaos account.

Step 3 — Include your email address The email you want associated with your Zero Chaos Coffee account.

Step 4 — Attach proof of service

Accepted documents:

  • DD-214 (veterans)
  • Pay stub showing your employer name and a recent date
  • Work email from your department, base, or hospital

For your protection, we do not accept physical IDs. A DD-214, recent pay stub, or work email is all we need.

Verification typically takes 24–48 hours. Once approved, your permanent honor discount code arrives by email.

Important note for shoppers: If you have items in your cart when you verify, you may need to create an account using that same email address, then remove and re-add your items after your discount code has been applied.
