When will my order ship?

Orders are processed in 3–5 business days.

Coffee is roasted in small batches after ordering.
Merchandise is produced after purchase.

Nothing is pre-made or pulled from a shelf.


How long does shipping take?

Coffee: 2–5 business days after processing
Merchandise: 3–6 business days after processing

Delivery times depend on location and carrier conditions.


Why doesn’t my tracking update right away?

Tracking is created when your label is generated.

It may show “pre-shipment” while your order is being roasted or produced.
Updates appear once the carrier scans the package.


Do you offer expedited shipping?

No.

Coffee is not warehoused.
Merchandise is not pre-produced.

Speed comes after quality and freshness.

Returns & Issues

Can I return coffee or tea?

No.

Coffee and tea are perishable and produced in small batches.
All sales are final once shipped.


What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

We’ll make it right.

Contact us within 7 days with:

  • Order number
  • Description
  • Photos (if applicable)

Can I return merchandise?

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Size issues
  • Preferences
  • Buyer’s remorse

Items are made to order.


What if my merchandise is defective?

Contact us within 30 days.

A replacement will be issued once verified.
