Refund policy
At Zero Chaos Coffee, all products are produced intentionally — whether small-batch roasted or made to order. Our return and refund policy reflects the nature of each product.
Coffee & Tea (Perishable Goods)
All coffee and tea products are final sale.
Because these products are prepared in small batches for freshness and quality, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted once an order has shipped. This includes whole bean, ground coffee, loose leaf tea, herbal tea, bundles, sets, and sample packs.
This policy protects product integrity and food safety.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Coffee & Tea Orders
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, it will be made right.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)
Once verified, a replacement, store credit, or refund may be issued at our discretion.
Made-to-Order Merchandise (Apparel, Hats, Mugs, Posters)
All Zero Chaos merchandise is made to order specifically for each purchase.
Because of this, returns or exchanges are not accepted for:
• Size or fit issues
• Color preference
• Buyer’s remorse
Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise
If a merchandise item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect:
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the issue
Once verified, a complimentary replacement will be issued. If a replacement is not feasible, a refund will be provided.
Color Consistency
Printing is a chemical process. Minor color variations may occur due to machine settings, materials, humidity, and production conditions. These variations fall within acceptable industry tolerances and are not considered defects.
Lost Orders
If a package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Once confirmed with the carrier, a replacement will be issued.
Returned to Sender
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, rejection by the recipient, or being unclaimed cannot be reshipped automatically.
A new order must be placed. Once contacted, the product cost may be refunded and you will only be responsible for the new shipping cost.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders begin processing quickly to maintain production timelines.
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once processing has begun. This applies to coffee, tea, and merchandise.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders are non-refundable once processed. Future shipments can be paused, modified, or canceled before the processing cutoff through your account.
