TRICK OR TREAT is the Witching Hour bean pulled lighter. West Java Blue Batavia, semi-washed, roasted to medium, tossed in caramel flavor after the roast, then cold-smoked with applewood after a 24-hour rest. Hand-roasted one drum at a time under the Arizona Cottage Food Program. A limited Halloween release.

The trick is the smoke. The treat is the caramel.
