WITCHING HOUR is a dark roast from West Java, Indonesia — Blue Batavia, semi-washed — finished with a light oak smoke. Hand-roasted one drum at a time under the Arizona Cottage Food Program. A limited Halloween release.

Built for the late shift of October: short days, long nights, and the hour when the house finally goes quiet.

Roasting and shipping: We roast in small batches in Peoria, Arizona. Your coffee rests one full day in a vented bag after roasting, then ships, usually two days after the roast, so it arrives fresh and ready to brew. Arizona delivery only.
